2. What these terms cover

2. Na što se uvjeti odnose

Purchases in the shop on vrontistudio.com: digital products (files delivered online), and later print-on-demand products. Design, web and AI services are agreed separately through a written offer, which takes precedence over these terms.

Where we sell: to customers worldwide, except the United Kingdom. For now we do not accept orders from customers in the UK.

Na kupnju u trgovini na vrontistudio.com: digitalne proizvode (datoteke koje se isporučuju online), a kasnije i proizvode tiskane po narudžbi. Usluge dizajna, weba i AI-ja dogovaraju se zasebno pisanom ponudom, koja ima prednost pred ovim uvjetima.

Gdje prodajemo: kupcima u cijelom svijetu, osim u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu. Zasad ne primamo narudžbe kupaca iz UK-a.

3. Prices

3. Cijene

Prices are in euros and are final prices. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added (Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act). The total you pay is shown before you confirm the order.

Discount codes: the code you get with the free Brand Brain core gives 10% off the Brand Brain Builder full kit only. It is valid for 30 days, for one purchase, and cannot be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash.

Cijene su u eurima i konačne su. Nismo u sustavu PDV-a, pa se PDV ne dodaje (čl. 90. st. 1. Zakona o PDV-u). Ukupan iznos vidiš prije nego potvrdiš narudžbu.

Kodovi za popust: kod koji dobiješ uz besplatnu jezgru Brand Brain Buildera daje 10 % popusta samo na puni komplet Brand Brain Buildera. Vrijedi 30 dana, za jednu kupnju, ne zbraja se s drugim popustima i ne može se zamijeniti za novac.

4. How an order is made

4. Kako se naručuje

  1. You choose a product and go to checkout.
  2. You enter your details and see the total.
  3. You accept these terms and, for digital products, the two statements about immediate delivery (see section 6).
  4. You click “Order with obligation to pay” and pay by card (Stripe) or with Klarna.
  5. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. We send a confirmation by email with the order, these terms and your statements.
  1. Odabereš proizvod i odeš na blagajnu.
  2. Upišeš svoje podatke i vidiš ukupan iznos.
  3. Prihvatiš ove uvjete i, za digitalne proizvode, dvije izjave o odmah početoj isporuci (vidi točku 6).
  4. Klikneš „Naruči uz obvezu plaćanja" i platiš karticom (Stripe) ili Klarnom.
  5. Ugovor je sklopljen kad plaćanje uspije. Emailom ti šaljemo potvrdu s narudžbom, ovim uvjetima i tvojim izjavama.

The contract language is Croatian or English, as you choose. For every purchase we issue a fiscalised invoice.

Jezik ugovora je hrvatski ili engleski, po tvom izboru. Za svaku kupnju izdajemo fiskalizirani račun.

5. Delivery

5. Isporuka

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, as a download link by email. If the email does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Digitalni proizvodi isporučuju se odmah nakon plaćanja, kao poveznica za preuzimanje na email. Ako email ne stigne u roku od sat vremena, provjeri neželjenu poštu, pa nam piši.

6. Right of withdrawal

6. Pravo na raskid

For digital products you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal only if you asked for delivery to start immediately and confirmed you know you lose that right, and we confirmed this to you by email. The full rules and the form are on the withdrawal and refunds page.

Kod digitalnih proizvoda pravo na raskid u roku od 14 dana gubiš samo ako si tražio da isporuka počne odmah, potvrdio da znaš da time gubiš to pravo i ako smo ti to potvrdili emailom. Sva pravila i obrazac su na stranici raskid ugovora i povrat.

7. Licence for digital products

7. Licenca za digitalne proizvode

You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files for yourself or for one business you own. You may not resell, share or publish the files as they are. The Brand Brain full kit covers one brand.

Dobivaš osobnu, neisključivu licencu za korištenje datoteka za sebe ili za jedan svoj posao. Datoteke ne smiješ preprodavati, dijeliti ni objavljivati takve kakve jesu. Puni komplet Brand Braina vrijedi za jedan brend.

8. Faulty products and complaints

8. Neispravni proizvodi i prigovori

If a file is damaged, incomplete or not as described, write to kresimir@vrontistudio.com and we will fix or replace it, or refund you. You can file a written complaint the same way. We confirm receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days.

Ako je datoteka oštećena, nepotpuna ili nije kako je opisano, piši na kresimir@vrontistudio.com i ispravit ćemo je, zamijeniti ili ti vratiti novac. Na isti način možeš podnijeti pisani prigovor. Primitak potvrđujemo bez odgađanja, a pisano odgovaramo u roku od 15 dana.

If we cannot agree, you may turn to a consumer dispute resolution body in Croatia or in your country, or to the competent court.

Ako se ne dogovorimo, možeš se obratiti tijelu za izvansudsko rješavanje potrošačkih sporova u Hrvatskoj ili u svojoj zemlji, ili nadležnom sudu.

9. Liability

9. Odgovornost

Our templates, prompts and workflows are tools. Results depend on how you use them and on third-party services (such as n8n, Make or AI models). We are not liable for indirect damage caused by using them, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

Naši predlošci, promptovi i tijekovi su alati. Rezultat ovisi o tome kako ih koristiš i o tuđim servisima (npr. n8n, Make ili AI modelima). Ne odgovaramo za neizravnu štetu nastalu njihovom upotrebom, osim kad zakon takvo ograničenje ne dopušta.

10. Law

10. Mjerodavno pravo

Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.

Primjenjuje se hrvatsko pravo. Ako si potrošač iz druge zemlje, zadržavaš zaštitu koju ti daju obvezna potrošačka pravila tvoje zemlje.
